Moonee Ponds

The extension to this quirky house in Moonee Ponds was centred around opening the inside to the outside. This was achieved with expansive bi-fold doors to a sun-drenched north-facing deck. Maintaining off street parking for a small car was also important for the clients. 
 
Downsizing without compromise or sacrifice was key to the clients brief for this project. The clients wanted to have a house with single-level living, luxury finishes and a low-maintenance courtyard to enhance their new inner-city lifestyle.
